How do you customize the yoga sessions?

Prior to meeting, I will send you a questionnaire (or we can chat on the phone.) For example, I will ask you to list relevant surgeries you've had (e.g., hip replacement), where you are experiencing pain, other times of exercise you currently do, what you hope to gain from our sessions.

Should I purchase special equipment or clothes?

Not really! I ask that you dress comfortably in clothing that allows you to move easily. I am happy to bring a yoga mat, as well as various props we might use. Eventually, you may want to purchase these items for yourself.

I’ve never done yoga before? Can you help me?

Absolutely. In fact, beginners are my favorite people!

I prefer not to get down on the ground. What options do I have?

All we need is a chair! We can do all yoga movements in the chair, or standing with the support of the chair. No need to get on the ground.

Do you ever meet outdoors?

Certainly! I am happy to meet at a nearby park, community space, or even your backyard.

Can I bring a friend or my partner?

Yes! The rate for duet yoga is slightly higher than working with just one person. But practicing yoga with a friend or loved one is great fun!

What do your private sessions cost?
