In my private yoga sessions, we work with your nervous system to get stronger, more flexible, and destress. Some of my passions include:
~ fall prevention and better balance
~ core strength
~ stretches for tight a neck, shoulders, and hips
~ breathing techniques and guided meditations for stress reduction and better sleep
