~ You have a loved one with limited mobility. You’d like them to strengthen their bodies and work on their balance so they can continue to live at home. It would also be wonderful for them to have social interaction more often.

~ You’re retired, and remain active by walking, hiking, pickleball, swimming, etc. But you often feel tight after exercising or strength training. You want to continue to play on the ground with your grandchildren, as well as not worry about falling over a tree branch during a hike or walk.
