Hi! I’m Jennie.

You already know I’m a yoga teacher for women who want to feel better in their bodies and calmer in their minds, but let me tell you a little more. Here are some fun facts about me: 

  • I’ve always wanted to be a drummer for a rock ‘n roll band

  • I am pretty sure coffee runs through my veins.

  • The beach is my happy place.

Why do I teach yoga? Because I believe everyone deserves to feel better. I am passionate about bringing the benefits of yoga to all bodies, whether you like to stand, sit in a chair, or be down on the ground!

One-on-one sessions with Jennie have played a key part in improving my fitness over the past 6 months. Prior to each session, she asks how I am feeling and what I’d like to work on. She creates a lesson plan and takes me through deep stretching (yin), power flow, strength work, and a restorative savasana. Jennie is quick to offer options and modify her plan to ensure I get the most out of our time together. I always leave feeling both physically tired and mentally refreshed - and ready for my day ahead! Working with Jennie has taught me to pay attention to my body and always do what works for me.
