Personalized Yoga for Chronic Pain
If you are living with chronic pain (e.g., arthritis, low back issues, a joint replacement, cancer treatments), I can help. You can sit in a chair, stand, lie down, or do a combination of these. All movements are customized to your unique body and needs.
Through gentle movement, calming breathing exercises, and guided meditations, my personalized 1:1 yoga sessions (at your home, nearby park, or online) can help you feel better. Sometimes pain can’t be completely eliminated: in those cases, my sessions can help you build greater resilience to your pain.
